The £1,000 setup fee is due upon signing and is non-refundable once work has commenced. The first month of GoHighLevel software is included within the setup fee. From month two onwards, the £49 per month software fee is billed monthly in advance. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.
This agreement covers the setup and build of a GoHighLevel CRM, one landing page, one AI appointment-setting agent, full backend automations, calendar integration, and an initial training and handover session. Any work outside this scope — including ongoing campaign management, additional landing pages, or additional AI agents — will require a separate agreement.
AI systems and automations are provided as part of the initial build. Scale Point Marketing is not responsible for misuse of systems, manual changes made by the client, or performance impact caused by external changes outside our control.
Scale Point Marketing uses third-party platforms including GoHighLevel and other providers. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or performance fluctuations caused by these platforms. GoHighLevel is billed separately at £49 per month from month two.
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring all data, contacts, and marketing activities comply with applicable laws and regulations including GDPR. Scale Point Marketing accepts no liability for legal issues arising from the Client's own data or marketing practices.
Results depend on external factors including ad spend, offer quality, market conditions, and how the system is used. No guarantees are made regarding specific results, lead volume, bookings, or revenue outcomes.
The Client agrees to provide required access, assets, and information in a timely manner, respond to approval requests promptly, and ensure all necessary platform access is maintained. Delays caused by the Client may impact build timelines.
The setup fee is a one-time charge and is non-refundable once work has begun. The ongoing £49 per month software fee can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for work already completed.
Total liability is limited to the total fees paid. Scale Point Marketing accepts no responsibility for indirect losses. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
